2.Job Posting & Accuracy:
Employers must provide accurate and complete job details. Any misleading information may lead to removal from our platform.
3.Candidate Selection & Responsibility:
Employers are solely responsible for shortlisting, interviewing, and hiring candidates. RetirementJobs.in does not participate in the selection process and is not liable for any employment decisions.
4.Privacy & Confidentiality:
All employer and candidate information shared on our platform will be handled with strict confidentiality. Employers must also respect candidate privacy and use the information solely for recruitment purposes.
5.Free & Paid Services:
Basic job postings may be free, while premium services (such as featured listings or targeted outreach) may have associated fees. Any paid services will be clearly communicated.
6.Compliance & Legal Responsibility:
